Michelle Mills-Porter is an Expert in Human Behaviour
Michelle is an award-winning Speaker, Author, Master Behaviour Profiler and one of the Top Recommended People on LinkedIn, where she received Platinum Status.
She is a multi-award-winning business owner and creator of “The People Reader – the bullet proof system for winning new clients.”
Michelle was already a voice of authority in human communication specialising in:

2.Non verbal communication ( Advanced body language and the written word.)
Her first business was achieving huge success and making a mark in the industry as the only marketing company in history to be paid on results alone. Winning award after award and enjoying a queue of clients waiting to get onto her books, Michelle decided to celebrate with a couple of exotic holidays and found herself in the middle of the Boxing Day Tsunami.
What she learned from that experience, amidst the trauma and adversity, was to launch her passion for human communication deeper into behaviour and core values, creating the third element of her work;
Values and Behaviour
Michelle, injured and ill, immersed herself in the study of human behaviour and the charity created with the friends she had been with when the tsunami struck.
The Hikkaduwa Village Fund, for which she was PRO, raised £100,000 in just 6 months and delivered the vital funds directly to the people of the village that saved their lives. Michelle and her now husband went back and got married on the beach. They continued to support orphanages for several years.
She became a Master behaviour profiler and started a Profiling company which certified, trained and mentored fifty Practitioners to use not only the profiling tools, but also her ethos and methodology upon which she had based the company. These Practitioners continue to help people to release their potential through better understanding of themselves and others.
Michelle shows us how honing our communication skills can make tangible difference in some key areas such as;
- Increasing sales (by anticipating the needs and wants of others, and building rapport)
- Leading more effectively (by understanding what really motivates individuals and teams)
- Collaborating successfully (by creating something bigger than the sum of its parts)
Michelle is a master storyteller and has been described as “giving her whole self to every talk” resulting in “pure magic.” She can reduce an audience to tears of compassion with her tsunami experience, to tears of laughter with her natural humour, and to their feet with numerous standing ovations.
She is a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association, where she ran as President of the Midlands Region 2016-2018. She won the President’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Speaking Industry in 2017 and is the proud recipient of the PSA’s Kenny Harris Badger of Honour Award for Comedy, 2018, following her first ever stand up comedy set.
